I usually have no problem when I stop by this Wendy’s. I live nearby and it’s convenient for days I don’t want to cook. I typically go through the drive thru and the employees are quick and kind. However, I went inside to order my food and not only was the service atrocious but the food was mediocre as well. There were at least 8 employees on hand and the place was empty besides one family behind us in line. They all stood around and stared at us while we waited for one of them to come to the register so we could order. This should have been my first sign to take my business and my money elsewhere. After completing our order the attitude of the associates was noted and not appreciated — overall very rude service. When I picked up our order I said thank you and the response I received was«mmhm» as if a paying customer saying thank you was an inconvenience. Our food was cold and thrown together very sloppily. I have worked in fast food before and it is obvious when you care about your job and when you don’t. These employees do not care about their jobs or the people they are serving. Very disappointed! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Had new Chicken Thai sandwich. What a mess. Truly was not worth it. Chicken was rubbery and had No taste. Fries were cold. Probably won’t be back

Wendy’s food is pretty reliable across the country(I love the Baconator), with the following caveat — check your food when you use the Drive-Thru! They rarely get the order right. And opening the bag to check adds to your food getting cold before getting home. So I try to order in store when possible. Last night’s in store experience prompted my review: incomplete order &SERVICE. I had already paid for my meal and my name was called to pick up my take out. As mentioned above, I checked the bags and saw they missed the cup of cheese I paid for($ 0.50), which is ridiculous to start with. The cashier was taking a customer’s order and I waited for a break to ask for the missing item. I was told he would get it. The customer kindly asked the cashier if he needed to do that as his order could wait. The cashier replied No, it’s ok I can finish this first. Seriously??? So I had to wait 5 minutes for the cashier to finish the customer’s order and THEN get my missing item. The other customer offered to wait(it took literally a minute to fill the tiny cup with cheese sauce) and the cashier opted to ignore both of us so he could finish the new order. Summary Good luck getting exactly what you ordered Service is all about the next customer

Average Wendy’s. My grandson talked me into stopping here for a kids cheeseburger meal for him. They fixed his cheeseburger the way he liked it and said that his meal tasted better than McDonald’s(which is a positive review from an 8 year old). I spent a couple minutes reviewing the menu and couldn’t find anything I wanted on a warm evening. Then I saw something called the Strawberry Fields salad. For a little less than $ 5 I got the half salad, which was huge. It was fresh and delicious. The chicken in the salad had a nice grilled taste. Even the strawberries were fresh, not mushy. The cheese on it tasted like blue cheese and the dressing was very good. I would eat this again. The store was clean, the employees were friendly and efficient. The entrance to the store is on the side of the building and sort of hidden(I almost drove past it). Parking is close to the door.

Normally I wouldnt give a review like this but tonights encounter really ticked me off. So came thru the drive thru and ordered a salad and a frosty because both are normally great. So here is where it when wrong. The frosty was melted. I was very nice and mentioned it to woman in window. Gal behind he just told me thats how it was and what did I want her to do about it. I was still trying to be nice and asked if vanilla was working better. She had no want to help out. Then I went home to find out they gave me the completely wrong salad. So at the end of day terrible all around I am adjusting my rating to 3 stars. The biggest thing to warrant this change is the Franchise Operator emailed me personally and promised to get on top of it. Very real email which makes me feel that someone really cares.

The people who served me and my friend at this location were, though slightly lackadaisical, very nice. Our food was good, and the restrooms were clean.

This has got to be the worst Wendy’s ever. We just sat at the window waiting for our food while watching the staff jerk around and our Frostys sitting in the Window melting away. We watched as a employee ate FF with his hands while he was covered in frosty like they had a frosty fight. It was dripping from his hair. They were having a paper straw fight and throwing around sanitary gloves. After waving and banging on the window sill we got a very large employees attention who seemed totally amazed we were there. He gave us our food and we drove away only to find when we got home that the FF were cold, not Luke warm, they were wet, soggy & cold. The nuggets were like warm. There were no straws, no napkins etc. I tried to call to complain and no one would answer, tried to complain thru the national website and the software kept saying it couldn’t resolve the address which we got from their site. This is the 2nd bad experience at this Wendys. We’re done, don’t even try.

Stopped in on way back to Phoenix and I stood in line for 15 minutes and I was still probably about 20 people from the register. Fast food I think not. It was a Monday afternoon of all things during the summer so there is just no excuse for that.
