They did not show up when promised (not even within a few hours), and they did not apologize for it, and claimed they did not realize anything was scheduled (it was confirmed twice). They provided me with a binding quote and then the day of service informed me that they forgot to include something and required/​demanded more money for the work, or they wouldn’t send anyone. In addition, after complaining about the above, they started to question the service to be provided (which was recommended by the salesman) and then ultimately, on the date of service, opted not to do the job. All buyers beware with these snake oil salesmen/​thieves.
