Are you looking for a dry cleaner that takes pride in their work? BEWARE. This is NOT the place for you.
I started working in the area and needed a place to launder my clothes. I brought 4 shirts (3 Dark 1 Light Colored) to this cleaner to test their service.
I noticed the ring around the collar right away and the dirt on the cuffs on the light shirt when the owner brought them to me.
I brought this to the attention to the owner. I told him the shirt was not washed and just pressed. He argued with me and asked me to smell them to PROVE they were washed. I told him I do need to smell them and that my eyes can see that it was not washed only pressed.
He then proceeded to tell me that it was my problem it was dirty. I pleasantly reminded him that he is a laundry service and should be embarrassed to deliver such sub par work.
Needless to say I refused to pay for the 1 shirt and he obliged begrudgingly.
