Learned my lesson the hard way; always read the Unilocal reviews before you eat some where. The cleanliness of the place is the only redeeming quality. I was rushed through my order, she didn’t ask me if I wanted my bread toasted, started putting lettuce on my sandwich before I even said I wanted it(turns out I wanted lettuce, so she got lucky there). I, too, got rude looks for asking for extra napkins. And the onions on my sandwich were on the verge of rotten. Save yourselves!

I have been going here for several years because it is close to my home, but I won’t go anymore. The last time I was there, the one woman who took my order was extremely rude and gave me an attitude when I asked for an extra bag and some napkins. She rolled her eyes at me and tossed me the bag. I was extremely shocked and ticked off. I don’t need to go someplace with such bad customer service. The other lady who works there is more pleasant, but does not make up for the rude one in any way. I will go to the regular sub shop around the corner where the service is always good and the food is much better.

Wow this was my first and last time here. The lady taking my order was very rude and then when we sat down to eat she began spraying down the table right next to us and directly in front of and maybe 5 inches from my babys face who was in her Stroller. Lucky I moved in time! I am absolutely disgusted by this place… oh the food sucked too

I don’t normally write reviews on fast food except when the service is bad. This shop is close to work so I would go in there periodically. Over the last couple years service increasingly got worse. Just not very friendly and sometimes it almost seems like they had an attitude. Breaking point is when I ordered a turkey sandwich with avocado, a featured item, and then tell me 5 minutes through the order they don’t have any because they gave the last avocado away to someone who ordered AFTER I ordered. I complained to Subway online and they turn it around on me and act like it’s my fault. It’s Subway and chances are if you go in they’ll get your order right but for me personally I no longer frequent this location. In fact I go 8 miles out of the way roundtrip up the ITC in Budd Lake to order from now on– much friendly service and seem like they appreciate your business. And just to be clear this is no statement against the background of the owner/operators. I’ve given kudos to restaurants run by all different type of people. The food and service is the only thing that matters.
