Woman behind the counter was rude and very abrupt. She would ask a question then turn away to do something else before I could answer. Later I found out she was the manager. Last time I go there

I know it’s fast food, so not to expect much but gross, I ordered a whopper jr and it came with a whole tub of mayo slopped on it (see photo) that’s disgusting and inedible if these people want more $ for making fast food then learn how to serve food not garbage.

BK isn’t my favorite, but I eat there occasionally when I have coupons. This one is actually better than some of the other ones I’ve been to often, such as in Monroe or Taylor. I’ve never actually had my order messed up from this BK, but the service is rather slow. It’s mostly teenagers who are slow and generally unknowing of how to do things. If you’re in a hurry, you might want to just keep driving. If you have a little time, patience, and a coupon, this place is okay. Even though it takes awhile to be served, the food is always hot and fresh.

Even when Ive had issues with the food theyve always at least tried to get my food right. They do take a while sometimes but Ive had nothing but friendly service and Ive been going there for 13 years. !!! Its hard to find a Burger King around!

Waited 30 minutes for my AWFUL food at 2 o’clock. Worst and slowest Burger King that I have ever been to. I suggest that you drive the extra 3 miles down Telegraph past Vreeland Road and there is a McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, and an Arby’s that are all faster than this place. Awful.

Seriously the worst. No matter what time of day, no matter how many (or how few) cars are ahead of you, you will wait forever here. You wait for them to take your order, wait for them to take your money and wait an eon for your food. And usually they get your order wrong. And the cheese is never melted on their hamburgers! For overpriced crappy fast food, I can go somewhere else faster.

2:00 pm… non lunch rush. Customers in the store. Staff on hand. Stood waiting at the cashier… minutes go by… staff doing their own thing. Dont expect a lot of customer service at fast food places but no acknowledgment no business from me.
Disappointed and wont be back
