This place is awful!
The staircase going up is dirty. Inside didn’t look nice either.
The chair I sat on was wobbly and had cheap brown packaging tape to hold down the ripped areas of the chair.
The thread she used felt like it was slicing my eyelids. She kept asking me to check if my eyebrows were okay, which I found weird and annoying. I can’t tell if it’s good when only one side is threaded.
Never coming back here again.

This place is cheap, conveniently located & Good for what I need it for. I only go to 2 people here; Sumi & Durge… Sumi has been doing my eyebrows for years now since she was on Church & E 17. She moved to the junction while I was an undergrad at Brooklyn College. She’s really good and personable. Durge has done a wax for me before and it was a really good job. She’s very motherly so I didn’t feel too uncomfortable (it’s never easy being in that position getting a wax done lol)

I have been coming to this place in particular Sumi for about a year. Honestly I only come here when I’m to lazy to go to the city to get my brows threaded properly. Anyway, at first Sumi was goodbye then the salon became popular, she became overwhelmed, rushed, and changed the entire shape of one brow. Decided to give the salon another chance and stopped seeing Sumi. The young lady that did my eyebrows was EXCELLENT! No more trips to the city! Or so I thought… fast forward three weeks, went to get my brows cleaned up at the salon but the young lady was gone. I refused to go back until about three weeks ago when I was desperate to get my brows threaded on July 4^th… long story short my brows were thin and had an awful half moon shape! The lady who did them was tall sat at the second chair (from the door) and had the worst breath. Salon is also in a decrepit building and parking sucks! Never again!

Awesome job on the threading! Went there on a whim because it’s close by and wanted to see how good they were. I haven’t had my eyebrows threaded in over a year! She did a fantastic job! Didn’t get her name but she has blonde hair. Sorry I was rushing! I’ll be returning for a wax as I was informed they DO NOT double dip! I’ll let you know how that goes.

Do not go here for threading. The lady that did mine did a horrible job in shaping them. When I asked for arch she just plucked randomly spots. I’m so disappointed in how they came out will never take a leap to try new places.
