Delaware Court Motel

It was the WORST place ever. Half the town is boarded up and the other half are all Hasidic Jews walking around with an attitude. Lookin @ you like they want to kill you. Will NEVER EVER go back.

We rented a cabin and it was as described and pictured. The setting was antique and kinda liked having the older feel of the cabin. I think there was a misunderstanding on the other posters on how the pictures looked. If Delaware Court organized their pictures according the cabins by numbers, I think it would be clear. I can only write this is because my group and I stayed here and recognized the cabin room’s we had in the picture and it was not in consecutive order.
We had a light go out and the host were at our door in less than a few minutes with the replacement. The only complaint was that the Wifi did not reach the cabin we stayed in, but the cable TV worked and got to watch the Knicks game the Lin-​sation.
The kitchen was fully equipped for what ever cooking you were gonna do. You can always call the front desk if you had any issues. They are super friendly and say good morning.
The location is less than 3 mins from Belleayre Mountain and they sell tickets to the mountain at a huge discount. Also, for staying at this location, the local ski-​rentals will give you a «locals» discount which all adds up to a significant savings in all.
BTW, if you are heading to/​from Belleayre Mountain make sure to keep to the speed limit, the state police are watching to ticket speeders.
