My wife took her car here to get JUST an oil change. They were told NOT to touch anything else. They decided to remove wheels from the car for whatever reason. After they reinstalled the hub caps wrong, 2 have now fallen off the car. The ONLY reason her car was taken here was because had a Goodyear rebate card from a set of tires that were just installed less then a month ago. Which they told her they need to be rotated. So anyway her free oil change now cost us $ 100 for replacement Cadillac hub caps. Plus she wasted 2 hours of her day for just an oil change

Haven’t had any issues in the year or so I’ve been going for regular maintenance. I do think that they can be a little over the top with selling, at times. It seems like they’re calling/coming over to talk to me about something 2 – 3 times each visit. But overall, about what I expect from a service center.
The only real complaint is that I feel like they’re a little slow sometimes. It takes them an hour or more to do just an oil change on my car. And that’s WITH an appointment made in advance!

I went to God Year in Flemington for a few oil changes and didn’t have a problem until they started rotating my tires. I started noticing my steering wheel vibrate at higher speeds. I had to bring my car back twice for them to ‘fix’ it, free of charge… HOWEVER, even after they fixed it twice I still felt vibrations at times and thought it as my imagination. Well, I’m a PA resident and getting my car inspected, as I write this I was just told that whoever put my tires on, did it backwards! My inspector recommended I take it back to get it fixed and I said, No way. I no longer trust Good Year to take care of my car if after having to take my car back twice they still couldn’t get it right!

Went here for a new tire and had nothing else wrong with my car left with grinding and all sorts of noise coming from my breaks/tires. I went back again to complain the next day and he had the nerve to tell me I needed new breaks when I had just gotten all 4 done with in the last two months. And not to mention that everything was fine before I came here. You know the horror stories you hear about going to places like this and how they tell you that you need all this work done or they break more to get your money. Well it just happened to me. Who would have thought you can’t even trust good year for a tire.

I got tires from them last November, and I like them so much I went back for brakes.
John, is always friendly and pretty much on the mark with the quotes. I like the fact they show you what is wrong, and give you options. I highly recommend them.

GREAT PLACE !!! They did 2 sets of tires for me .Very proffesional without being pushy… I forgot to put lifetime rotation on tires. They allowed me to add at original cost at time of install, VERY COOL… I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Good place to get tires mounted and balanced. Resonable prices. Quick service. I ordered a set of tires from Tire Rack and had them installed here twice. I dropped the car off here on a Sunday morning went had some breakfast and 1 ½ hr’s later it was done. I recomend them.
