Love this place… & the people! The items that I have had were TOP notch –honestly best I’ve ever had– & I love supporting the cause. A holiday doesn’t go by that I don’t order pies and/or breads to serve & everyone goes crazy. Caramel apple crumb is the BEST!

Great breakfast ! Dessert case looks enticing too! Plus they have food to heat up later. And they cater!

Baker’s Treat was a huge disappointment. The food was awful and the prices are ridiculously high. Brunch for 2 was almost $ 50! And the food was terrible; served cold, offputting flavor; just not good. My wife and I used to eat here before they closed and were excited that they had reopened. Sadly, this will be our last trip to Baker’s Treat.

Probably the worst breakfast I have ever had. I love the concept that they help the disadvantaged however and their desserts look amazing which they should probably stick to those. I ordered a western egg white omelette and it came full of black beans, a sliver of cheese and some avocado. It was not a western omelette and disgusting. The sausage wasn’t breakfast sausage but an Italian sausage. My son ordered pancakes and they were made with whole wheat and he wasted them. They were small and just not appetizing. I won’t ever eat breakfast here again.

I tried this place for the first time today after driving past for months. It is really cute outside and in with a great atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and we picked out a few desserts to sample at home. We tried the caradoodle cookie, a snickledoodle thumprint with caramel in the center and that was okay it was a nice texture but slightly lacking in flavor. We also tried a good golly which was like a large oreo with buttercream in the center and that was pretty tasty I will definitely finish eating it but may not order it again. We also tried a caramel bar which was delicious and I would definitely get again and a smores bar which was really pretty good and I may get again. Lastly, we tried a vanilla cupcake with peanut butter frosting it was very pretty and the frosting was velvety and tasty but the cake wasn’t good at all it was very firm so definitely would not recommend cupcakes and may not try any larger cakes for fear they would be the same. We spent $ 18 on everything but no receipt and none of the products had price labels so not sure how that break down worked out. For that price I would expect maybe a little better on a few products. I would go back and try lunch and breakfast as those seem to be reviewed well. I would go back for the caramel bar/s’mores bar but probably only because of the nice atmosphere and the fact that I would like to support local business especially considering there commitment to charity.

This is a rip off. Not a treat. Wish we had known better before we tried it for the first time this weekend. Sandwiches are bland and cheese cakes taste like a week old, dry and stale. They are priced at least 30% higher than other bakeries/cafes. The cute looks from the outside is a disguise. None of the products have price tags and they do not provide a receipt at the cash register! If you are looking for a place to donate, this is it(because they demand donations in the name of charity), but if you are looking for good food, go elsewhere.

I love Baker’s Treat. I haven’t had one bad breakfast, lunch, snack or dessert there! Amazing omelettes and you can’t go wrong with anything from the two front cases!

Baker’s Treat & Ability2Work catered our event and we couldn’t be happier! We worked with Karen Monroy(who was very helpful!) to develop the perfect food choices for our event. Our menu included salads, sides, steak, chicken casalinga, ricotta stuffed pork chops, imam bayildi and more. Nowhere else in the area can compete with their gluten-free and vegetarian options. Our guests raved about the food and most left the event with a doggy bag. We would definitely use Baker’s Treat & Ability2Work for our next event!

I had the Roasted Turkey Croissant. It was delicious. Then I cleaned my palette with a brownie truffle. OMG! Decadent.

If you happen to be in Flemington and feeling kind of hungry, check out Baker’s Treat(across from the Liberty Village Outlets). From classic burgers and fresh cut fries, to gourmet wraps/panini’s, salads, lunch/dinner plates, desserts(Oh my, the dessets!) and catering! Gluten free? Vegetarian? Check, they have you covered. Don’t feel like making that Thanksgiving pie, stop in or call Baker’s Treat – they’ve got you covered again. Baker’s Treat is operated by Ability2Work, a non-profit organization providing the developmentally disabled with job training and employment. When you stop in, it is not just for a great cause, it is for a great meal and dessert.

Good cake, bad service! They messed up my wife’s b-day cake and wouldn’t acknowledge an email I sent to make them aware. I called 3 times to complain after they didn’t call me. I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. I gave them a single star because the cake was actually good and because I had to so I could post the review.
