Hunterdon Ballooning

AMAZING!!! My boyfriend and I just did this yesterday for an evening flight. I was so nervous, but I’m really glad we did it. It was worth it. Our pilot Matt was super nice and accommodating. I would recommend anyone thinking about doing it to go ahead you will be blown away in a good way. It was everything and more than I expected. I was able to relax while up there because the ride was so smooth, it’s actually calming. You won’t regret it.

Going on a hot air balloon ride has been something I have wanted to experience since I was a child. One day, I was surprised when my boyfriend pulled into what seemed to be a farm stand. I was trying to figure out what we were doing there since Halloween had already passed and pumpkin picking was out when I spotted the gorgeous, bold colors of the balloon being inflated. I instantly turned giddy as I realized the balloon was being prepared for us! The best part of the scenic and serene ride was when we hit maximum altitude, my boyfriend got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! It was the perfect proposal! The crew joined us in a champagne toast after. Thank you for helping make our engagement such a special moment!

My husband surprised me with a sunrise balloon ride for our 6^th anniversary! When we showed up we were excited to see our that our ride was a PUMPKIN balloon! It was the perfect morning for a ride, too. I was a little nervous since this was my first time in a balloon, however the crew was amazing and showed me that they clearly knew what they were doing. All of my nerves were eased the minute we took off. It was a very calm ride the entire time and the landing was just a tap on the ground. We were up for over an hour and traveled 6 miles over Hunterdon County, NJ. It was amazing to see everything come alive that morning! The crew was exceptionally friendly too. The beautiful ride was ended with a champagne toast and a small bite to eat. Truly a once in a lifetime experience, though, I’m already wanting to do it next fall to see the foliage! Best anniversary present, ever!!!
