Bought a share, will come back every year and do that. Missing the ravioli. .. With a good zinfandel It was the best meal I think I ever ate … Honest! The roast was gone in minutes and our crowd wanted more. The chipotle burgers are heaven!

The best chipolte buffalo burgers! Once you have these burgers there is no going back to normal burgers. We purchased the bison steaks and were disappointed, but the burgers are phenomenal. We stock up on them every chance we can get. The burgers are definitely worth the trip to the store.

I have always passed this place on my way home from work and wanted to stop. I’m glad I finally did! I took my son, who is 11 years old to go check out the buffalo and pick some pumpkins. The staff was super-nice and very informative! You can tell they love what they do. We took a little tractor ride to the pumpkin patch, while the guide told us all about the farm. Then they even took our order for the grilled buffalo burgers or hotdogs they were cooking on the grill, and they were ready by the time we got back from the patch. Such a nice place, so interesting, and the best darn buffalo burger I have EVER had! It was great for my son, since he is a little older and those commercial pumpkin farms are a bit too young for him now. He had such a great time, and made me promise to stop every time we pass it so we can buy some burgers to cook at home!

The product from here is very good, the people are friendly, and it’s nice that you’re allowed to poke-around and look at the bison. I can only give it 3 stars, however, due to the skyrocketing prices. It’s at the point now where I can buy bison hamburger in the grocery store that has been shipped across country from Wyoming for cheaper or the same price as here. That shouldn’t be. I do understand prices on food items have increased in the last few years, but the price increases here are excessive in light of the above. In terms of said food, the hamburger meat and the steaks are very, very, good, but the ravioli and the hotdogs I think aren’t that stellar.

With billion-dollar companies running dirty, cruel farms, it’s great to have something like this not far from home. Know what you’re eating. Buffalo is lower in cholesterol and fat, and higher in iron than beef. Quality comes at a price($ 10-$ 25/pound) but it’s worth it… and cheaper than dining out.

This business’s meats are sold at the Clinton Farmers market, and I am so happy about it. You must do yourself a real favor and try the jerky. Cajun is the best! I loathe jerky and on a whim bought some for my fiancé, and after smelling it I had to try it. Its not greasy or fatty, and the flavor is perfection!!!

Update: We picked up a 6lb brisket, 1lb of hot dogs, and 1lb of ground meat(under $ 45, which is on par for local, organic, grass-fed beef prices). Can’t wait to try it! It’s a pretty setting. The bison will run away when they see you coming, but it’s nice. I haven’t seen bison since my trip 24 years ago to SD, to see where my grandfather was born. We also picked up some of their bison pepperoni, and ate some to sustain ourselves before we found a proper lunch – it was very good(and I’m not usually a fan of pepperoni). The shop also has jerky, sodas, recipes, popcorn kernels, and stuffed animals, and you can ask for when pelts are sold if you’re interested. There’s also a really friendly cat who isn’t dumb enough to go behind the car when you’re backing out.
