I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Fun, friendly, professional. I had to make a decision about my brake job and Mark actually took me to my car to physically show me what the issues were. I not only have well-​working brakes again but actually understand how all the parts on brakes work. These guys are straight-​shooters. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I was having a battery issue so I went back to the company that sold it to me. I was told the battery is fine but needed an alternator. However, I have an issue of being charged 36.00 to see if the battery is good or not. I did not ask for anything else.

New to Fletcher. Decided to take a chance on Fletcher Care Care and I couldn’t be more happy that I did. I inherited a grandfathers 1999 Monte and keep it as a 2^nd and for sentimental reasons. It sits for long periods without being started and after moving to NC it started having to be jumped frequently and the brakes were squeeking a lot. I was in no hurry so, I told them to take their time and give it a thorough look and after 24 hrs with Mark and the folks at FCC they concluded that it was just the excessive moisture in this new climate that was causing brakes and possibly my GPS was causing dead battery. They had every opportunity to find something and to ‘soak’ me with a big bill and they didn’t. I come from a big midwest city and suspect mechanics and auto care techs are commonplace. Fletcher Care Care will have any and all of our business for as long as we live in the Asheville area and I do and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone that needs auto servicing.
