In a nutshell– overpriced.
To be honest, I don’t get why there are such long lines wrapped around this joint all the time. The ice cream (while fairly plentiful in flavors) tastes no better than anyone else’s.There’s nothing particularly unique about it. It tastes like run of the mill ice cream to me.
True, they do sell adequate-​sized portions, but it’s still expensive considering that it tastes like what I can buy at Kroger’s for a fraction of the price. If you’re going to order something, go with the shakes. That’s the safest bet. and you get more bang for your buck that way.
It’s rather pricey for being just ice cream and you have to stand outside in the heat and sun just to get it. Then it usually melts or topples over well before getting a chance to dig into it, meaning you got to get back in line and demand they remake it or give you a refund. There are none too nice about remaking orders, either!
Go to McDonalds and get a $ 1 soft serve cone…
