Quick tasty steak sandwiches.
First time visiting a Big John’s — have always seen it around the Flint area and on exit signs along I-75 on the way up north but this was my first time trying.
They keep things pretty simple in terms of their menu — with not a ton of topping options — but offer very solid sandwiches at competitive prices. The offer a variety of sizes ranging from 6″, 12″, up to 16″.
Staff was friendly and the service was very quick.
I recommend the Steak & Cheese sandwich with mushrooms and peppers. If you’re not into steak — some of the reviews for the other locations recommend the Chicken sandwich — Big John’s also offers an Italian Sub and there are some salads on the menu too.
