Closest thing to a real bar I’ve found in the area when visiting family who live nearby. It’s a dive for sure, but the regulars always seem friendly, and the girls behind the bar provide good service. The last time I was here the jukebox was playing Robert Earl Keen, Billy Joe Shaver, Steve Earle, and other great Texan artists. If I were ever to move back to East Texas (where I grew up) I’d probably become a regular here.
