Man oh man. .I feel like I make money just for Consumers Energy. But I pay my bill faithfully every month. Gas and electric is not free but i guess somebody’s has to provide it… sure wish it was me… lol.
A Consumers Energy Bill can be paid directly at the main building Monday-​Friday 9 – 4:30pm and also can be paid at other authorized Bill payment locations for a minimal fee. If you have trouble paying your bill Consumers Energy has payment plan options and many programs that may assist you. All you have to do is call 1−800−477−5050 and follow the prompts to speak to a representative. Sometimes the wait can be as long as 10 minutes but it’s worth it to receive help and relief. Be patient and you’ll agree that that was the best thing to do.
