I have been to this shop a couple of times. Once for a wedding I was standing up in, and then a few years later when I was getting married. When I was the bride, I went in to look at their gowns and the experience was a disaster! The reason: I didn’t have an appointment to just LOOK at their gowns(I wasn’t even going to try any on). I explained that I was a bride and going to be getting married in a few months and just wanted to quickly browse their selection. The girls at the front desk looked at me like I was crazy and insisted again that I would need an appointment to look around. When I asked to speak to the manager, she came and spoke to me and granted me permission to look at the gowns, but said that the fitting rooms were by appointment only(which would have been understandable IF there had been anyone else in the store!). At that point, I was so disappointed with the experience that I didn’t even look at their dresses and left the store knowing that I will never be going back again!

Terrible TERRIBLE place to go. I have had problems for TWOYEARS with this place. The first time my fiancé and I tried to get married, my dad was dying from lung cancer – already stressful enough. Not only did I keep having to buy my bridesmaids dresses because they kept sending me the wrong size and one completely different dress(I ended up buying a total of 7 for three different girls) and would not relent on them saying the dresses I had received were correct, but when a big blowout happened with a bridesmaid, I put a note on my account to disallow anyone except myself with a picture ID to pick up the dresses(I) had bought for my bridesmaids. When I received a call that they were in, my fiancé and i headed straight out to David’s bridal to pick them up. When we arrive there we find my former bridesmaid stuffing the dresses into her car. Instead of directly confronting her, I went into the store to find out why SHE had them. They told me she said she bought them. I paid with credit so I know there is a paper trail. I went out to the parkinglot where my fiancé was arguing with the girl. A consultant followed me out. I asked her to call the police… instead of doing so, she locked up the store(it was not yet closing time) and disappeared. Eventually my fiancé just grabbed the dresses out of the girls car and we took off. The next week I get a call my slip and bra are in. I head there to pick them up. They tell me that they«sent it to my house» I never received this package. After all this, my dad died a week before my wedding so I canceled any plan to have a wedding in the near future. Fast forward 2 years later. Things really started to look up since then! I headed in there to find a my mom a maid of honor dress(thinking I still have all my former bridesmaids dresses so I want to Match the color scheme I had previously picked out) while there, the consultant and I began to chit chat away. And I expressed my concern about fitting into my dress since my weight gain from my dads death. I was 2\4 sizes up. I tried on a bunch of new dresses. Not really happy with any. Then she tells me she will go ahead and exchange my old dress for a new one in a bigger size.(one star added for this amazing woman). So now I’m all set there! My new concern is that it is happening AGAIN I just received a call saying my order is ready for pickup – I never ordered a thing. I called to let them know. Now there is a lot of confusion and I’m fearful that the person who actually ordered it might just lose out like I did… Be very careful here!!! If you must buy, buy off the rack – DONOTORDER!!! They are ridiculously unorganized and can honestly cause a stupid amount of stress!!! At the end of the first time I went here, they had ended up costing me around $ 1,000 more than I should have been charged if they would have just done things RIGHT!!!
