I use Enterprise every time I travel, which in my career is quite often. Their cars are always in great shape, clean and well maintained. In Flint you have to walk further to where the enterprise cars are parked but that doesn’t take away from the quality of service. The staff is always friendly and courteous and my reservation is always ready. The only improvement I could suggest is maybe adding a golf cart ride to the car on bad weather days.

This is the 3^rd car I’ve rented from this location. Every time the vehicle has been filth. I have let the location know each time and I’ve felt dismissed. Such a large organization and they don’t seem to care.

The Enterprise staff in Flint, MI was very helpful and friendly. We were able to get our car right away and the car was great. It seemed to be brand new and was exactly what we needed and the price was right! We will definitely use Enterprise when we need to rent a vehicle again.

The staff was kind and helpful. I am 6’2 and when I asked if I could fit into the car they wanted to rent me, the agent actually took a moment to think and make sure I would be able to. The only reason why I am giving them ⁴⁄₅ stars is bc some Jack wagon before me smoked in the car and they didn’t do much to get rid if the smell when they detailed it.

Friendly and courteous staff, especially the front desk person when my initial reservation was messed up. In addition, the Asst Manager, Cory, was extraordinary when my car broke down in Ohio and the roadside assistance did not respond. He got me a replacement car at another dealership, ensured I got to my destination, and then took care of the bill in light of the inconvenience. i will rent with them again.
