The staff were efficient and courteous. Parking was limited but a manager came out to find a place for us. 24-hr on site security staff. Everything you would expect in a motel was done well.
The most amazing part of our stay that prompted this review was the breakfast in the morning. Absolutely incredible. They had warm biscuits and gravy along with warm delicious cinnamon rolls. My wife has a gluten allergy and they even had individually packaged gluten free muffins and bagels out. I never would have guessed they would have these. It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much!

Ok this place is decent. It’s near the campus and convenient. The rooms are spacious and nice. The manager Katie was great and made sure we had a ride downtown in their van for dinner. (The maintenance guy/driver drove a little crazy tho). We had full breakfasts every morning with Norma Jean. She is nice and very friendly always making sure u have what u need. Even a tray if u want to go to the room and eat. Also this is a first that with a late check out the maid did NOT knock on the door to see If we were checking out yet! Ya and kudos for THAT!! If it wasn’t for the driver I would have given a five star.

Sweet breakfast lady. Not a great part of town, but was convenient for my morning meeting location the SCR day. Does the heat even work? The AC was blasting when I got into the room, and it was freezing. I turned it heat immediately and left for dinner. It was still cold 3 hrs later. Had the heat on full blast all night, and it was finally comfortable when I woke up (12 hrs after check in). Weird smell when the shower was on — no fan in the bathroom. I stay at a lot of ihg hotels… wouldn’t go back to this one.
