Whew! I never knew how severely limited the federal budget really was til I visited this office.
Three customer service workers to take care of a whole room full of people. My wait was only 120 minutes, and it took all of about 8 minutes to resolve my situation.
Pleasant and efficient employees, in spite of the crowd.
If I have any further dealings with the IRS, I’ll probably just pay to park in downtown Detroit and go to that office. They certainly have more employees on staff at the Detroit location.
