I know your just fast food but fired chicken is pretty straight forward. Once a month when I get paid we like to have an easy night and so we decided KFC would be dinner. Much to our disappointment the Chicken was many hours old and dry and chewy. I feel like what a waste of twenty dollars. Sure hope know one gets sick. I won’t be coming back and thats a real bummer for me cause I deserve a break today.

I have a 30 min lunch and should be able to get through a drive through fast. Today I came through and it took almost 15 min to get through. The lobby was empty and the line in the drive through was not even that long. When I got the window to pay they didn’t even remember what I order and never apologized for the wait. They were too busy talking to each other to take care of the customers. This is frustrating and I will not be back to this KFC. I would have understood if they were busy but that was not the case, I would have been understanding if the staff said«sorry for the wait» but that was not the case. Please take care of your customers…

Ok, I like their crispy chicken and potato wedges. On a typical day, this is one of my least favorite restaurants beacuse of the custaomer service. Evey time I visit, not very often, the line is extremely long. Now this confuses me because 1. No customers have been served and are waiting for food 2. Assortment of food is readily available 3. Full House staff is on the clock. Don’t get me wrong, I like the food, But If I can’t get it in a timely fashion why come. The cashiers always seems to not know what their doing, and everyone else in the back is just staring at you like«why are you here». I’m absolutely floored by the lack of communication and teamwork of the staff and management. Like I said before, I only come here every blue moon and would have to have a «craving» for the food to come here. smh. :(
