Crack pipes out on the lawn, and punks harassing the tenants. The office won’t do anything either. The office condones the riff raff to come in there to sell their drugs or whatever. Stay clear of this dump if you know what’s good for you!

Be careful when applying here. I was declined because of my «Criminal History.» Which was news to me since I have gone through plenty of criminal background checks for employment and nothing has come out of it. I got a copy from the company they outsource to do the background checks and nope there is nothing that should prevent me from living somewhere. It also took that company almost 30 days. I had to call and remind them they only had 30 days and I would be filing a complaint with the FTC on day 31 before I got the report. I am pretty sure I got ripped off the $ 25 application fee.
