Let me tell you about my recent experience with Everett Palmer the Sales Manager at the PaulsTV location on Miller Rd.
I had already done all my research on the latest and greatest Samsung 55″ 8000 model LED TV and I called my local store to check on their Labor Day promotions. I was lucky enough to get Everett on the phone because this guy was more helpful in a ten minute conversation than 2 hours of research online. He is the entire reason I came to PaulsTV this past weekend.
In fact, my GPS took me to another PaulsTV location and I actually drove the extra 7 miles just to make sure that I finished the deal with Everett.
Once I arrived he was extremely knowledgeable, super helpful and the furthest thing from a «pushy salesperson». I will highly recommend Everett to any friends looking for a new tv or home audio.
By the way, when was the last time a sales rep at Best Buy sent you a follow up email to see how you liked the tv you just spent over $ 2,500 on… or if you had any questions about setting up the new features?
Everett has proven to be a great asset to the PaulsTV brand… and has made my tv purchase one I will not soon forget!
