Want a good nights sleep. …don’t go here.
First night, we were given towels with mange, a broken coffee pot and drapes that would not close.
2^nd night had to call front desk for TOWELS, TOILET PAPER, coffee and coffee cups. They didn’t clean the room, coffee pot, or bathroom.
The 2^nd night through the 6^th night were pretty much the same, we come home late from visiting family, no toilet paper, no coffee or cups, bedding not changed, towels not replaced, and none of the room is clean.
On the fifth night we were told house keeping was markings us as do not disturb. Seriously! Why did they come in at all then! Were they going through our stuff?
Most disappointing we called every night to the front desk. They assured us the manager would be informed. Every other morning we were down to the front desk complaining, the clerk was on the phone to the manager and we heard the clerk tell the manager to call us. Guess what… WE NEVER GOT A CALL!
Is this the new customer service?
Horrible awful stay, I give this place a minus 10!
If I wanted to change my sheets I would have stayed home. If I am given this choice again I will gladly stay home!

When I found out I had to go to Flint mi for work I was honestly scared! Thankfully this hotel is in a safe/​nice area. newly renovated rooms… indoor swimming pool and a ton of nearby dining locations many of which are within walking distance made me feel at ease!

Found a finger nail in my bed, which is kinda gross but nothing too crazy. Until I dropped a towel on the floor in my bathroom, and when I bent over to pick it up I was able to see the dark mold underneath the sink. Real gross.

We were in Flint for a wedding and returned to our room about 10 pm. We woke up to loud noise about 12 am from a group of very intoxicated people in a room on the floor above ours. (It sounded like a roller derby in progress) we reported it twice to the desk but the noise went on until well after 2 am… Room was neat and clean and contnl breakfast was good. The clerk told us a manager would contact us about the noise complaint .we never heard anything.
