Simply the best. I travel extensively so cannot visit this studio as often as I would like, but have visited other studios in other states and none of them compare to Samadhi Yoga Center. It helps that the owner, Denise and her family are so loving and caring, and it shows! There are classes for all skill levels, so don’t be afraid to try it if you are a beginner. What yoga can do for you is amazing! I am so happy this studio is in Flint.

I feel so much better since I’ve been going to yoga for about 1 month… my energy level has improved my body pains are adjusting and Denise is a top-​notch instructor… Highly recommend and very flexible schedules.

This is by far the best yoga studio in the Flint area! There is a variety of classes for all skill levels and the instructors are top-​notch! They also offer Kids yoga on Saturdays every now and then (which my sons LOVE) along with other seminars and classes. If you want to get in top-​notch shape, boost your confidence and just feel great inside and out you need to go to Samadhi!
