Bought a couch, love seat, coffee table from them an its a good thing that we got the warranty on them within weeks of having them the love seat broke had to get it fixed it took them weeks to bring it back. Then the couch broke all in all the couch an love seat broke 5 times an this last time it was 5 months of us bitching an finally we were able to get it in to get it repaired again an they said oh it’s a common problem on these to have this break like this. Yet they still sell them an not say anything. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN

I think Skaff is a great furniture store. The sales people are helpful, but not too pushy. I’ve been buying from them for years, and so did my parents (my wife’s parents, too).
They tend to stock quality stuff, but not stuff that is unaffordable.
Of all off the stuff I have purchased from them over the years, I have never had a problem with the service or merchandise.
