Sat in my car for about 10 minutes before anyone came to ask what I needed. I wish I could say they were busy, but they weren’t busy working on cars. One guy was lounging around, talking to his friend, and kissing a woman who drove into the parking area recklessly in a small brown crossover. Once he finally sauntered over I told him I needed an oil change, the tires checked, and that I was worried about a possible leak. I left the car there and picked it up about 1.5 hours later. He told us he hadn’t found a leak but our coolant was very low. Charged us for the full service. When I got back into my car the change oil light was off but the check tire pressure was still on. Checked the tires when I got home and 3 were overfilled and 1 was low. So even if they checked the tires(which I highly doubt) the didn’t fill them up properly. They also failed to fill the window fluid, clean the windshield, or checked the windshield wipers. I am going to take my car somewhere else to make sure they actually changed the oil. If they aren’t going to even bother Working on the items as visible as filling the washer fluid and checking the tires, I sure can not trust them with the stuff I can’t see. The guy was rude, arrogant, and competent uninterested in doing his job. If I find my receipt I will make sure and update with his name.

The first person I talked to to discuss prices was polite and accommodating. The next individual arrogantly and rudely stated the price was in fact higher in a manner implying a take it or leave it attitude. I told him he could keep his oil and I left. This location lost repeat business on 3 vehicles. I wonder if the owner cares about the business he/she lost.
