They refuse to take goupon coupons as it is. clear stated 20% off. They came up. with a million excuses as to why they wouldn’t or couldn’t use my coupon. Want to shopping there anytime soon and i advice or ppl to stay away, just then maybe they would honor there coupons. And then insult me by saying i could of added the couple to goupon myself

I’m not one for writing reviews for big national stores, typically I keep it to mom and pop local stuff but this one was worth it. Yes it’s Victorias Secret so you know what’s what when walking in, big selections and pricey wears. I’m a firm believer you get what you pay for. Although you get pretty much the same everywhere you go for their locations, this one struck me as different because of the staff. They weren’t pushy, I didn’t feel like I was being followed around, and they were helpful when I told them I was looking to try something new. I’ll go back just because of the great customer service.

I’ve always been a fan of this particular VS location and I probably always will be.
Good selection of perfumes, body and skincare products, lingerie, and lounge wear. The store was recently remodeled and it’s a vast improvement. One of the better VS stores around. Good customer service and the displays are always neat and tidy.
The lines are usually long, but the wait is pretty short considering that the line at the cash wrap often winds its way past the beauty products, butting out into the lingerie aisles. All of the salespeople are very helpful and try to help you find anything you might need. This store, like all VS locations, conducts bra fittings, etc for customers as well.
One caveat: they’ve pared down the makeup selection to the bare bones in recent months. It’s pretty much lip glosses and nail polish at this point. It’s disappointing since they had a rather well-​rounded cosmetics display before.
Pay attention to their semi-​annual stock up sales in order to snap up the best bargains.

I know, it’s just a Vicky’s, what makes one sooo different from another… well, I’ve lived in Chicago for 2 years and when I’m bumped around, and squished in the downtown Chicago VS stores, or standing in a line for so long that I literally feel wrinkles forming, I long for my Flint location. Plus, the staff are truly nice gals, one of which engaged in a rather amusing conversation with me as she helped me pick out things. I love Chicago, but when it comes to Vicky’s, there’s no place like home. *clicks heels*

Probably one of the best Victoria’s Secret I’ve been in. The staff there was awesome and that makes all the difference for retail stores. The store isn’t as large as some I’ve seen in other malls, but then it is Flint. So if you need to shop at Victoria’s Secret, this one is a good option.
