Word Crafter

Buyer beware; very displeased with Word Crafter services rendered. Paid $ 400 for a curriculum vitae (CV) to use in PhD application and instead received a 1 page job resume. CV are typically several pages with details on research and publications. By the time Janet, owner, came into contact it was too late for the application deadline.
I decided to salvage the situation because I needed a resume in the spring for my job search. I asked Janet if we could postpone the resume process until the spring and she said that would be fine. When I contacted her in the spring she said it would cost more to edit my resume. I paid $ 400 for an incomplete resume and never received the editable Word file or 10 published copies on resume paper as indicated from the initial consultation.
