FRC is the best. My family has been members here for 7 years and both my daughters ride 4 to 5 days per week here. They compete in all levels of horse shows and have a great time. FRC is way more than just a barn, it’s a club that makes you feel at home. We have great social events, parties, celebrations, shows, and plenty of days of just hanging out at the club. Not only is it so much more than just a barn, but you get full service grooming included at no charge. When you add it all up, we were paying so much more at other barns for what you get at FRC. The Flintridge Riding Club offers both horse and rider top rate care and facilities, hard to find near Los Angeles! They have a variety of trainers, Western, Dressage, Eventing, and Hunter/​Jumper which is the largest represented discipline at the club. The club has several well cared for arenas, and also a beautiful field with cross country jumps and a galloping track, plus access to trail riding in the Angeles crest forest.
Horse care is excellent, the grooms and services included in your board fees are fantastic, any service from medications, special diets, hot walkers, turnouts are available.
There is not another facility for riding and boarding that rivals FRC in Los Angeles. Heidi Misrahy and her assistants are incredible trainers, offering everything from beginning riding academy to top level championship training, there are many other trainers available too. If you do not own a horse, you can use the school horses. Enjoy lunch on the pretty patio, come to a fun club party, bring your kids for lessons, ride yourself, there is something for everybody to enjoy here.
