Frozen yogurt was delish. Staff was friendly. But, the windows and doors were filthy. I hated touching the door to open it.

One of my favorite pastimes as the good summer weather comes in and the days are long and relaxing is to finish off the day with a refreshing frozen yogurt! I’ve frequented many froyo places in New York from 16 handles to tutti fruitti to mom and pop locations like off the wall and catch the wave… this twisted froyo in floral park is without a doubt the worst frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. It’s almost insulting to have to pay for it! I don’t mind that they only have 4 or 5 selections, nbd. But the frozen«yogurt» tastes like flavored water and the consistency is such. If you are in the floral park area and are considering it, turn around and go home. Buy some take home from the supermarket… RIP Frozen Cup. You will always be missed!

Pretty good yogurt, prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

When this place opened, there was a line out the door. Now you could walk in and probably see a tumbleweed go by, thats how empty it is. They have strange hours and close relatively early on weekends. Pricy too

It’s great to have a frozen yogurt place so close to home. It’s very clean. Yogurt tastes great, and there are a ton of toppings to choose from. Flavors rotate, but Original is my favorite, mixed with Strawberry! Great place to go on a hot day, not expensive as long as you don’t go overboard.

So I absolutely love frozen yogurt and I was very upset when I walked into this one. I never quite adventurous so I always get a little bit of vanilla. the vanilla was not good; the taste is fine; it’s the consistency that it off. I like a creamy tfrozen yogurt and this one taste like it was barely thawed out. it’s like little ice chunks in my mouth. in other words. NOTWORTHIT

I am here almost every single day. friendly servers. Delicious yogurt. wide selection of toppings. I’m always here buying bubble tea. It’s soooo refreshing. i gave up on drinking dunkin coffee because I hate standing at a counter and seeing a person put in no effort to make a drink and hold a drink upside down and twirl it around a bit. Fortunately that is far from the case at frozen. The effort i see them put into making bubble tea is mind blowing. It is all hand made, and i just desperately wanna know the recipes. Also to me it is a big time plus they use coffee mate creamer in all there milk bubble tea’s.

Not a fan of this whole pay by the ounce movement, but this place has really awesome flavors. Taro yogurt is amazing and the service is friendly and nice. Clean too.

Walked in with my son and husband last week. There was literally a live roach crawling towards my sons stroller as my son ate his yogurt and I drank my bubble tea. We pointed out that there was a «bug» crawling along the floor to the guy behind the register so as not to make a scene. He slowly walked over, unfazed by the sight and proceeded to sweep it up like it isn’t a big deal. We left without making a scene immediately after, and saw another dead roach on the floor as we walked out. This place is relatively new, and I understand that it’s the summer, but if the roaches are out in broad daylight at 2pm in the afternoon, there is certainly an infestation. Won’t ever be going back there again.

I have found a piece of yogurty heaven! This fro-yo place makes the best frozen yogurt I have ever tasted! There was no tangy aftertaste at all. It was just like indulging in ice cream, but without the high fat or caloric intake. I love that the toppings to choose from range from healthy to sinful. The choice is truly yours! The only thing I did not get is the fact that this place is a self-serve shop, yet the receipt asks if you want to leave a tip. There is even a tip jar on the counter. What exactly would I be tipping for if I serve the yogurt myself, choose and serve my own toppings and grab my own spoon? Would I be tipping for the gracious way they take my payment? I am not sure about that one. Other than that, this place is great!

The bubble tea here is sooo gross! I’m a big bubble tea fan but this place sucks and the frozen yogurt is not good either. I honestly wouldn’t come back here, nor do I feel it necessary that anyone else should even try this spot out. As a member of flo po, I can tell u this place certainly ISN’T going to last.

I’m not the hugest fan of these self-serve frozen yogurt places. You tend to get ripped off because your eyes are bigger than your stomach(or wallet, really). That said, I’ll go to this place because the taro frozen yogurt is super awesome! I want all of it, all the time. I also tried the taro bubble tea and found it to be one of the nicest bubble teas I’ve ever had. Plus, there aren’t many places around here to get bubble tea, so I’m glad this new option is so tasty.
