Wow! I can’t say enough about these guys. 777 Computers has two locations: one in Florence for software issues, and one in Erlanger for hardware issues.
I use my computer for my business and investing, so I need it. On Monday I tried to upgrade my graphics card so I can use two monitors at the same time. I removed the old graphics card wrong, and broke the motherboard. Because I live in Florence, I took my desktop there and explained my problem. They took a look and decided to take it to the other store immediately. I got a call from the other store Tuesday morning. I need a new motherboard, and he can get it. He gave me a detailed quote and asked me about shipping. Standard shipping would take a week, but expedited shipping would get it here Thursday or Friday, and was $ 40. I gave him my credit card number over the phone and he ordered the motherboard. That was yesterday.
