A Better Inspector

Very prompt scheduling; approachable/​friendly during inspection. Excellent electronic report with photos was sent very fast after inspection.

ABI did an inspection for us in early November and I was SO happy with John’s work. He was extremely thorough and professional and spotted a few issues we probably would not have seen otherwise. I also appreciate that he walked us through every item he was putting on the inspection report. It was extremely detailed and I think it would have very overwhelming if we hadn’t already discussed all the items with him. We are thrilled to be going into our new home (hopefully!) with a solid understanding of the work that needs done now, soon and in the near future. Thank you John!
Also, the cost of the ABI inspection was very reasonable and included the pest inspection. We did have a mold tape test done and while it took a while to get results and we went back and forth about an air test, I did feel like John and Steve had my family’s best well being in mind. Also thanks to James at the office who fielded my many calls.
