They do a great job with this AT&T location. The two-star rating versus five star rating is because of the corporate attitude of AT&T. A grocery store chain gets an 18% discount, while veterans only receive a 15% discount. Where is the justice in that?

This is the first time I have been to this AT&T location. I went with my mother and sister to ask some questions about dropping the data plan. I am appalled at the service we received. I was very uncomfortable the entire time and wish I could have said something to their faces about treating us that rudely, but instead I am writing them a review. When we walked in, there were two ladies leaning on the counter looking very bored waiting for customers. One of the ladies asked us if we needed help, but their expressions never changed. When the overweight lady walked over to us, her stomach and belly button were exposed, which was not very professional in my opinion. The lady kept sighing and looking as if we were bothering her as we were trying to explain our questions. The lady never invited us further into the store although she saw my mother was using a cane. My mother eventually asked could we move next to the counter so she could lean on it. As we moved closer to the counter, the other lady did not act like she was going to move down the counter for us. Her expression almost looked like she was daring us to make her move. I went right up to her and turned my body away from her and she never changed her position of leaning on the counter. Eventually other customers came in, so she had to leave the counter. The lady that helped us continued to lean on the counter as she used her electronic device to look up our account info. She continued to sigh and barely looked us in the eye when we asked questions or when she gave explanations. Overall, I did not have a good customer service experience and will not return. I did not feel welcome there at all.
