If I could give a zero I would, The staff are rude and the website is terrible I’ve called now 4 times to set up my registry and fix it because the girl that entered it the first time messed it all up and every time I call they seem to not be able to find me nor are they very nice about it! I’m taking my business somewhere else! Learn to respect your customers and especially because we are almost always the ones with some pregnancy issues! I’d fire all of you in a heart beat and hire people that actually cared not some teen crowd looking to make money! Go work at sonic where no one cares about there greasy fat fried food!

Staff was not very helpful but they are the only place that had a chair we liked. This place is over priced but if you can get a 25% off coupon then it helps. I would go to a different store but there is not one closer

This staff here is so awesome and very helpful! I am always able to get clothes on extra super markdown clearance! The rewards system is awesome as well! For every dollar that you spend you get a point and at $ 125 you can get a $ 5 reward. That’s with any babies r us, but this store is really awesome! They also have free classes for moms-​to-​be!

Overpriced. Unhelpful staff, mostly. I really think 90% of the people who work here at the Florence location are stoned all the time. They’re worthless (and I hate saying that)!
