Gas station biscuits… who knew? I’m officially a fan!

We drove by today simply looking for iced coffee on our drive back to Raleigh. The iced coffee needed a bit more cream. I have had iced coffee at other locations and I have never been served iced coffee that is so dark with barely a touch of cream. However, the reason I gave it only one star is that while we were waiting for the kid at the drive through window to add cream, we saw another server move and hold on to a large trash can that reached to the height of the drive through window. She was using it to hold herself up as she leaned forward to the side to get some cups. She got a stack of plastic cups which were wrapped in plastic and she opened the cups with the same unwashed hands she had moved and held on to the trash can. Fortunately, our coffees had already been served in other cups, but yuck!!!

Worst, slowest Chick Fil-a I’ve ever been to. Took half an hour to get a small order at the drive-thru. No dining room. a huge mistake to stop here; we have been better off at almost any other nearby option. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else…

This Chick-fil-a location is downright disrespectful and terrible. My husband and I are huge fans of Chick-fil-a and eat there somewhat often. We were traveling from our house in Charleston to visit my parents in NC when we stopped for breakfast at this Chick-fil-a location. It took us 30 minutes to get through a not so terrible line. That wasn’t the bad part… As we were waiting, an older man pushing a dolly with frozen fries tried to squeeze in between our car and the one ahead of us. He hit our car THREE times. My husband was furious and got out to not only inspect the car but to confront the man. He did not apologize or anything! Instead, he told my husband that he must have«imagined» it! WHAT?! Later we realized this older man was the MANAGER of this location. How can a MANAGER not apologize? Now we have a nice scratch on our bumper from this lovely gentleman. We would have stopped but we had an important appointment to get to in Raleigh. Ridiculous. We have filed a complaint with Chick-fil-a.

This is a very different Chikfila. Theost unique out of the ones I’ve been to. The food is the same. I got a number one combo. The taste as the same as the other Chickfilas. There is outdoor seating but no indoor seating. The drive thru lines are very very long because there is no indoor seating. There is a walk up window outside.

I honestly have to agree with the others… This is the worst Chic Fil A I have been too. If you look at my other reviews, I have never giving a bad mark. I accept outdoor seating, and drive thru service. I understand that concept. There is another Chic Fil A in the mall 500 feet away with indoor seating so that solves that problem. My problem is consistently horrible customer service and poor walk up wait times. I would just honestly get rid of the walk up service due to poor wait times. It is better to wait in your car 10 in line than to be the only one in the walk up line. It’s that bad, and I honestly don’t think management seems to care since they have not improved over the other Unilocal reviews. Sorry Chic Fil A, I am a 5 star fan, but this is not a 5 star property.

I normally don’t review chains, but this was the worst CFA I’ve ever been to. It’s drive-thru only, with a walk up window and some picnic tables. Which was pretty annoying since it was a windy day, but we were mid ten-hr road trip and didn’t want to eat in our car. The sign on the highway should inform travelers that it’s a drive-thru only location. The bathroom was horrifyingly dirty. Dirtier than most gas station bathrooms. And I expect CFA bathrooms to be top notch and reliable on road trips. This one was awful! Also, the walk up window was horribly inefficient. There were two windows — one for ordering and one for pickup, but they only used one and they used it for both purposes. The guy in front of us ordered and just stood there till he got his food, which made me unnecessarily wait until I could order. Then after I ordered, I moved to the side so others could order, but then my food sat at the window for awhile during them ordering. And then the food… My husband’s salad had a hair in it. Do not come here!!!

No indoor seating. Seems like a crazy idea considering this restaurant is right off of the interstate, in a hub of other restaurants and hotels as well as a mall. Dbl drive through however they should really expand.

Slow service, food not up to CFA standard: mushy fries, smooshed sandwich that tasted like it had been sitting in the bag for hours. Bread was chewy from steam Our toddler has a medical condition and can only eat one thing at CFA(grilled nuggets) and they managed to get our order wrong. It’s not like we ordered something that’s not on the menu.

I like the double drive through. Food is great! I can see why other would be frustrated by the no indoor sitting area.

This is a very different Chick-Fil-A to what I’m normally used to. This place doesn’t have indoor seating, everything is outdoors. There’s a double drive through though. I called up and asked what time they were closing as it was just off the highway that I was traveling up to get back to NY and I love going to chick-fil-a’s while traveling. It’s great quick food and tastes amazing. And we don’t really have any in NYC. I didn’t get the usual brilliant customer service that I usually expect from Chick-Fil-A. I got some rude employee that seemed like she hated her job. That’s not what I’m used to seeing from this chain. I brushed it off and went there anyways and I figured they were just busy. When I got there, we ordered and the person over the speaker wasn’t very nice to us either. Long story short, Chick-Fil-A’s always get 5* ratings in my book, but the lack of customer service(I guess they didn’t get the memo!) and lack of indoor seating forced me to go with a 3 – 3.5* rating.

Nothing special or extraordinary, pretty typical Chick-Fil-A. Service at the drive-thru was quick and robot-like(as in not friendly or rude, just like a robot… or a Roomba.) While you’re waiting for the drive-thru, there’s a bathroom right off the driveway!(See my photo.) So, if service is slow and you have to go…
