Very slow service. Went over15 minutes with an empty glass. Waiters pretend they don’t see you. This place needs new management. Giving the 1 star is over rating this Chili’s. Will never be back.

Let’s see, wait for them to fix the salad they forgot on your takeout – while the food gets cold. And, they make you go inside to pick it up in the cold. Update: food was cold from sitting. No avocado slices on tacos as described. Didn’t get extras that we paid extra for like sour cream and guacamole. Fresco salad is some spring mix with a very bare amount of cheese crumbles. Last time visiting this one.

Food and service was great! Table top machine had unlimited games for $.99 which also allowed you to pay your bill when you were ready. Almost didn’t go because of the bad rating. Glad we did.

Let me start off by saying that I love eating at Chilis! Today I went here and got a 2 for $ 20. I know coupons are not normally accepted along with the 2 for 20, but I asked the waiter if I could use my «free desert» coupon because it was my birthday. He talked with his manager and he agreed that I could use it. The Chilis staff is amazing! And their food is up to par with the service! Every time I eat at this location, the food is amazing! I highly 9suggest that anyone in Florence or just visiting stops by! Great service! Great Prices! Great food!

When we lived in the area, this was one of the few places my husband and I went when we went out to eat. We always sat at the bar and had Danny wait on us. I think this is why we have had a different experience then other reviews I have read. He always recognizes us and made us feel welcome no matter how busy he was. The atmosphere was the main reason we continued to come. I don’t think the food is anything exceptional but it always tastes well. I enjoy the many options and am never disappointed when I try something new.

Possibly the poorest run chilis I have ever been to. Walked and waited forever just for a hostess to come from the back. Was seated and waiter came soon and was nice. Ordered appetizer and meal. Appetizer came and was barely warm. Had taken three bites when the meal came. Also barely warm. Waiter said he was sorry. But brought it any way. The couple across from me ordered, food was not prepared properly. Their plates were dirty and they didn’t receive any silverware. I pointed out the issues and he said he would tell the manager who never showed up to apologize. Last thing was no itemized receipt. Gotta have that for a traveling man. It’s almost like they forgot how to be a restaurant DONOT go to this chilis if you are in town visiting. UPDATE I showed this review to the manager after requesting to talk to her and allowed her to see the review before posting it. She did nothing

Waiting for a check for more than 15 minutes is pitiful. I am ready to leave and can’t because I have not received my bill despite asking for it. Come on… Let’s go! I just wanna go to sleep and not bail on the bill. Maybe they need more help here, I don’t know. Steak was undercooked too.

Bill not according to menu. Manager apologized for confusion but no changes. Order for spouse was completely wrong & they took back & recooked sandwich but left old cold fries on the platters! Lots of We Are So Sorry but no accommodations or adjustments offered. Also, wait staff huddled with manager most of time & we had to walk over to get attention for everything. This was at 11:39 on Sunday morning, so maybe they were not yet ready to serve– is so, should’ve left the door locked! Will not go back — many other options at this exit!

Been to chilis 4 times. Had bad service 4 times. The waitresses always seems to forget abt us. The last time I went, the waiter forgot to collect the money. The new payment kiosks on the table is Def a plus for card users. I can’t see myself visiting this one anymore for anything other than the amazing $ 4 frozen strawberry mango margaritas.

The place is empty but the service is so slow. The servers are friendly and the food is good but for a restaurant on the side of interstate 95 they Dont seem to understand the time frames of travelers. It is a franchise store so maybe the bar is set lower than corporate stores.

This Chili’s SUCKS! Sat there for 5 mins and no one came to the table. When the waiter finally came, we got our cold chips and then sat for almost 10 mins with no drinks. Seems like a lot of people working, but no one is doing anything.

I think the only reason why this location is not closed down is due to it’s location. It get interstate customers so that helps business. This place has changed managers way too many times which is why I believe it is run so poorly. Food comes out wrong and is hit or miss as far as taste. I used to get a lot of to-go orders online because I am unable to hear clearly to order over the phone. You can no longer complete online to-go orders at this location. You have lost my business as well as many others I know. Make sure you don’t leave your customer copy of your receipt on the table. A friend of mine left hers and the waitress decided to add in her own $ 7.00 tip, this was after my friend left a cash tip on the table. Be sure and check out the large number of not recommend reviews below. Seems odd that they have such a large number not recommend.

Worst Chili’s ever. Slow service, food was nothing like I’ve ever seen at chili’s before. Waitress was not pleasant. Manager asked if we were OK, we implied we weren’t and then she just took off. Guess we should have checked Unilocal before going to a chain that I’ve never had a problem with. Definitely won’t be stopping here again while traveling through.

Oh lord. No. I’m really hoping I don’t get sick from this meal. They ran out of Thousand Island dressing and didn’t tell us until the salads came out. The broccoli? Weirdest texture and flavor — I think they threw it in the microwave with no liquid to soften it. The salads themselves were super wilted. I’m not joking when I say the cucumbers seemed to be well on their way to being pickles. The tomatoes were pretty close to being white in color — they were that unripe. The burger? Dry. The potato soup was ok, and my salmon was surprisingly good — best part of the meal. This place gets a two because the service was adequate — our server was nice and did what she could, but you can’t do anything when the food is this craptacular. Chain restaurants are by nature supposed to be average and consistent. This place is barely passable. Eat ANYWHERE else.

Chili’s always makes us feel welcome and comfortable while we eat ~ the food is delicious, the servers are super nice and helpful, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the desserts are out of this world delicious~ Overall we’ve never had a bad experience at our local Chili’s Restaurant
