Received tow. tow driver very nice helpful and fast. Did not do any damage pulling a car out of the ditch. Would recommend for local tow.

My girlfriend had her car taken here this past Thursday afternoon to get looked at because she was having trouble getting her car to crank. We needed to know what the issue with it was, because we were trying to find out whether we could afford to get it fixed or not. They stated that they would look at it and let us know that day. Come the end of the day, no call was received. After numerous calls Thursday, they hadn’t looked at it. Friday comes around and she kept calling about it. They didn’t even look at it then. They stated they’d look at it first thing on Tuesday. (since it was Memorial Day weekend) Tuesday morning gets here and she calls first thing in the morning and is advised that it has jumped time. Knowing that this could be expensive to fix, we tell them we will come pick it up after work and to leave it outside the fence for someone to pick it up after hours. She called twice to remind them of this. Come 6:00, come to find out they’re closed and they didn’t leave the car out to get picked up. So, we have to wait another day to pick the car up. At least the Towing side of their business is courteous and friendly and helpful. The repair side, not so much. Will not use their automotive services again.
