We just moved here the the NKY area and we’re excited to find this place. First time we went and it was already closed for the day. Second and third time they were out of a lot of stuff and were not planning on making more so we were disappointed. This afternoon we stopped in and again shelves were about half empty. I went ahead and purchased something and the guy behind the counter wanted me to buy more so that it could be «cheaper» but they already didn’t have what I wanted! So then I start eating my doughnuts and both were old, hardened and not completely baked in the inside. This will probably be the last time we patron this place and will have to search for another location, even if it is a further drive.

I’ve been here twice and each time my Coffee and Donuts are perfect. I pay with a card so I haven’t had the incorrect change issue. I haven’t tested out my rewards either. I’ll have to update if my view and experiences change. But so far so good.

I only go to this location once per year on my way to the 127 yard sale. Their donuts are a bit pricey and compared to the service is over pricey. They make sure that the tip jar is right up front, but they act as if they are doing you a favor when filling an order. They definitely hate it when a customer uses a coupon for donuts or drinks. They should see how Krispy Kreme’s does business. I can get the same quality and type of donuts at Kroger, so Kroger here I come.

They’ll short change you if you’re not paying attention. I’ve had two incidences so far when buying coffee and they hand me change its incorrect, always coming up short. The staff is incredibly rude and they make a terrible Latte.

The service at the Duncan Donuts is terrible but it’s still Duncan’s so if you can stomach the service you’ll get the yummy coffee and bagel you need. Do not hold your breath for a thank you if your planning on staying alive! Last time I was there this was the dialogue in the drive thru– me «can I have a pumpkin latte please?» Woman working drive thru«pumpkin latte» long pause, «well come to the window» okay what the heck? If you know anything about customer service you can name just a few things she did wrong there. Her next mistake– when I got to the window she didn’t even tell me my total, she just pointed at the little total display thing and extended her hand. Third and final mistake– she handed me my hot as hell coffee and after handing me that she handed me the ring to keep your hand from being burnt. What on earth… All I could do was laugh! Duncan donuts coffee is the only reason I can tolerate the terrible customer service here. The only reason I’m giving this Duncan’s a two star rating instead of one is because I’m obsessed with the coffee.
