I attended the Art Fest July 4th Artisan Fair here at the Events Center. Many talented artists were donating a portion of their show sales to support the Florence Area Humane Society. Art Fest had patriotic-​themed photography, beautiful sea glass jewelry, extraordinary watercolor art work and so much more. My Mom bought some really nice glass jewerly there. They had some really cool bird houses too!

Florence, OR
Florence is very fortunate to have such a wonderful, state of the art theatre facility in such a «small» town. A lot of nice folks work for the Event Center, and it is kept in beautiful condition.
I have been to see many performances at the FEC and have enjoyed most of them very much. I do wish that the FEC would bring in more professional quality (not community theatre) touring shows and musicals. It seems that there is an abundance of classical music, but a lack of theatre.
However, the facility itself is very nice and I recommend it highly!
