We moved in to a house with a great tiled shower and no door. After using a rod for months it was time to step it up.
We got the best quote from Florence Glass. Not to mention, it’s a small family run business.
So, they measured the space and ordered the door. It was ready quickly and Chris made sure to listen to what we wanted. Frameless glass, showcasing the tile and clean. He is very professional and obviously has years of experience in the business.
We are so happy with our shower and the service we received! We highly recommend any service.

Very unprofessional.
My order was not ready when promised. When I called to inquire about my glass, the receptionist very rudely told me to «get my glass somewhere else» then hung up on me.
At the store, I was cussed at, treated like I was taking advantage of them. I demanded a refund on my glass (which does not fit) for receiving such poor service. I was told to go F@$k myself, and am now stuck with $ 200 in glass that I cannot use.
They show no «ownership» of a business, or care for customers they help. Blaming another employee for the bad service I received doesn’t validate how I was treated. Take some ownership and make the customer happy.

Please go to another Glass shop !! I waited almost 2 weeks for my rear window on my Volvo to be replaced. The job wasn’t completed… rear wiper needed to be replaced too. Since this was an insurance claim & the window had been submitted previously… without mention of the wiper, they wouldn’t pay !! They made me feel I was begging for attention everytime I had to deal with them.
I will go out of my way telling friends how poorly I was treated by Dana & Chris at Florence Glass.
