I had a bit of an emergency Sunday afternoon when my shut-​off valve behind my toilet broke off. It started flooding my house and I wasn’t completely sure how to turn off the water, so I googled plumbers and called. They then calmly guided me to exactly where the lever to shut off the main water valve was. He then came over, fixed the broken part, billed us, and left. Quick, easy, and affordable. I’ll be calling him again.
