I have been shopping at this location for sometime now and enjoyed receiving their e-​mail and flyers for $ 5 off a purchase of $ 50 or more. Then things started to go down hill. There would be a long line and when I was next in line, that is when another register would open. Some items would not always be in stock or they just stopped selling certain things.
I had asked a bit ago, why I don’t see coupons anymore. The person just seemed to pretend that I didn’t ask her anything.
To top it all off I contacted their main office to ask why they did not have their $ 5 coupons or other coupons in general? Their response was to create a better customer experience. Last time I checked savings money with specials or coupons made for a better customer experience. Their main office treated me with disrespect as if to say to me how dare you desire to save some money with us while shopping. I was even hung up on by their lead operator.
With their prices going up, selection going down, no coupons, and customer service being mediocre, shopping their in questionable.
If I were you, I would contact both the local store and their home office to complain about everything. After all, saving money is very important and that alone creates a better so called customer experience.

its not a bad place if you need bulk items for a party or event however you will deal with a bulk surplus in rudeness and sheer ineptitude. They are only helpful when it serves them to be so as well as suffering from a general lack of maintenance care. There was water on the floor from a broken ice freezer which wasn’t so bad until you realize the sign for said water spill was in no way helpful to warn how much. Their return policy leaves much to be desired as well when returning items they offer that all returns are handled at registers instead of holding open a register for you they instead move on with other choice chores that suddenly become apparent. Remember they dont have bags for your items its up to you to remember them or buy them they do have large boxes but if you intend on purchasing a few small items that seems like a lot to haven’t deal with. prices are also rather interesting it would be cheaper at times to buy products from other stores in bulk then to travel and shop here. I would not suggest visiting if you are in need of anything period.

If you’re throwing a large party, I’d recommend GFS Marketplace as the place to go to feed the masses. They have everything you need to make your life easier so you can enjoy yourself!
