Greg is really friendly, the customer service was amazing. I called him last minute to get some pretty extensive work done on my car. He fit me in and had my car done the same day. His prices are very reasonable, the best I found in the area and I’m 100% happy w/​the work done on my car. I definitely recommend Grout!

In my last review i said i had not had any work done yet. now I have the work was done on time, affordable,. and he told me exactly what the problem was. i have found a repair shop i can trust and call «my mechanic». their are a lot of good shops if no Kentucky I think Greg would agree. but NONE more willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. hey check grout automotive out YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.

I towed my vehicle from Richmond, KY to Florence, KY to this repair shop because #1 it is close to where I live and #2 It had great reviews.
My experience was phenomenal, Greg promised to «take care of me», and that’s exactly what he did. My car was repaired in no time, and he explained to me what was wrong with it and why the parts needed replaced. It was Fast, Friendly, and Affordable.
One thing I found unique is that he CARES about his customers, that is evidenced by his unique way of keeping track of his visitors. He has a map of all 7 continents and he asks where you are from and allows you to stick a pin on the map :) and write you name in a book and where you come from. He did mention that if ANYONE has worked for Antartica for at least a year or more, then he will provide them with free oil change for s year in exchange for each year working there!

I am relatively new to the area. I finally found a good barber and family physician. And now I found a good, honest mechanic. They are not a chain, just straight forward, honest are their prices are fair… if you like that kind of thing.
