We had a pleasant stay here. The complimentary breakfast was good and the rooms were quiet. The only complaint I had was the fact that we are both non smokers and we could smell cigarette smoke on our hall. We were in a non smoking room.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay at this property a few times a year. I must have made an error when booking my room and did not have a confirmed room. They were full which is fine but they treated like a child and offered no help. I ended up staying The Marriott Shoals Spa, much nicer than The Hampton Inn

By far the worst experience I have had at a Hilton property! Noisy room dirty towels and check in was pathetic. No coffee in the breakfast are the morning after our stay and we competed with a bus full of athletes for food! I was placed in a room on the same floor as this bus full of athletes, loud hallway and door slamming all night! I am a diamond member and have stayed in many of the Hilton hotels, this one gets one star only because I have to rate it… deserves Zero!

The room was very nice but the furniture was thick with dust! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months!!! Bed was very comfortable and pillows very plush and soft. More attention needs to be paid to maintenance. Shower/bath ceiling is peeling and the security latch on the door was loose and broken!

Great hotel. Clean, new, old-looking furniture that is not actually old and dirty. Service is excellent. About 30 minutes after I made it into my room I received a call from the front desk to make sure everything was to my comfort. When I came downstairs for complimentary freshly brewed coffee and a snack, Diana, who works the front desk gave me a paper bag filled with goodies(apple, granola bar, muffin, water bottle and mints). The elevators require a key card, as does the ice and vending machine room too. Security feels a bit excessive here but hey, I’m a single young female, safety helps me sleep at night. Rooms are spacious. Shower is huge. Plenty of towels. All the amenities in the room are clean and comfortable. Television has over 100 channels for when you are bored(not much else to do in Florence) and want to watch trashy tv in a town where there is a Walgreens, a Subway sandwich shop, and a small street of historic civil war time homes. After 30 minutes of walking around a short walk, you’ve got a grand flat screen to return to in your hotel room. Though if you are stressed out about work and need to get some emails sent out the hotel wifi works without fail. Much better than some of the snooty five star luxury rooms where I’ve stayed that have overpriced slow wifi that runs like dialup. Room is equipped with hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave and heater/air conditioner. Owned by The Hilton Family, this hotel takes pride in the services it offers.
