Incredible Endings

I requested a Frozen cake to be made for my daughter’s 5^th birthday! Barb asked I find a design I liked and to email it to her and she would create it. She did an amazing job beyond belief. The cake looked as it came right out of a magazine. Once we got the cake home I was thinking there is no way this cake tasted as good as it looked. Oh boy was I wrong it was unbelievably delicious. The inside was so moist and tasty. To top it off we had it for breakfast the next morning!

We found Barb’s gallery of children’s cakes online and asked her to tweak one of her designs to make our son’s first birthday cake. She followed our specifications exactly and worked with us on the price by adjusting the design. She had great communication with us via phone and email. Everyone at the birthday party complimented the design of the cake and the taste. We ordered a two tier cake (one tier was yellow cake with raspberry filling and one tier was chocolate cake with oreo cream filling). Not only was Barb easy to work with, the cake was beautiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend IncrEdible Endings!

Incredible Endings is just that… an incredible ending to your meal. I am a professional event planner and first found Barb Harvey over 15 years ago. The catering staff was fighting over the leftover crumbs of one of her cake. I knew then if the caterers were going crazy over her cake, it must be amazing. She is at the top of my list for cakerys, I love her Italian butter cream icing. Her cakes are works of art and they taste wonderful too. It’s a rare find to have a cake that is both.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying several of Barb’s cakes and I have never been anything but ecstatic about any of them! The work she puts into the design and look of her cakes is only exceeded by the absolutely heavenly deliciousness on the inside; her butter crème can’t be beat! I was able to book her for one of my bridal shower cakes and it was amazing; it looked like a white box with a big black edible ribbon. I almost wish everyone didn’t like it so much because they ate it all! None for me to take home but I’m glad everyone there enjoyed it so much! Barb also did my wedding cake for our 2009 New Year’s eve wedding. Everyone who has been married knows what a stressful day that can be and Barb was so great; always a positive attitude and very much wanted me to have my perfect wedding cake, which is exactly what I got. The ceremony, the reception, the music, etc was all great but to this day the thing I hear the most about is how delicious that cake was. You really haven’t had an exceptional cake until you’ve had one from IncrEdible Endings! Can’t wait till I can find another excuse to order one! :)
