Car-related errands are an annoying necessity and almost always incredibly mundane, which is why I never thought I’d leave a review about an oil change, but the service and employees at this location made it just the opposite.
The service was quick, friendly, and helpful thanks to a set of fantastic employees. I’ve never had a better experience. I felt that they kept me well-informed, but I was never pressured or «scared into» purchasing anything as can be the problem with many vehicle service stations.
All of the staff was great, but Chelsea was by far one of the most pleasant and wonderful service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. She is genuine, respectful, and just a joy to have spoken with for the brief period I was there. She made the entire experience one that will definitely have me returning to this location!
