Terrible service, rude employees, cold food. Need to just start over with this location. 1 star is too many, negative stars would be better.

If I could put zero stars I would. I have been sitting here for 30 plus minutes in the drive thru. currently is, just for 4 burgers. Horrible. I mean HORRIBLE!!!

Loved Krystal’s back home but I went here on a weekend around 6 and my fries were cold and hard probably from lunch… And there soft drinks were horrible no syrup.
