I found this place on Unilocal while I was in Florence for the day. Looked good online. Was even better in person. I didn’t see much of a fusion, just separate menu items. My guest got a club sandwich that she said was delicious. I got the sweet and spicy Mongolian beef. It was amazing also. Hot, great and tasty. What else could you ask for? I will return next time I am in Florence.

Have eaten lunch here several times and the food is always great and at a reasonable price. Good service. If you like Southern or Asian food then this is your place.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The servers are always polite and quick to serve the table. The portions are extremely generous and inexpensive for the quality of the food. I come here at least once a week and am always satisfied with the food and service.

This place is very odd. It’s Asian American fusion food in a way I’ve never seen before. The brunch food is very good and so is the Asian portion of the menu.

Great food. The portions are big and prices are small. Serves Asian dishes and typical southern dishes.

The building Long Grain is in has be a variety of restaurants in the past but I hope it stays what it is. They offer a nice variety of Asian fusion(read as Asian-American food) as well as southern cooking. They are apparently a great place for breakfast but I’ve only ever had their Asian foods. The kung pao, shrimp and chicken bowls and dan dan noodles are all great. Occasionally they’ll have an amazing broccoli corn bread so if it’s available, give it a try. The service can be slow sometimes as they’ve found themselves understaffed from time to time but all the staff we’ve encountered have been very friendly. Give them a try the next time you’re looking for either Asian food or breakfast.

Wish I would have taken a picture! The food was great! Butch had the Curry Chicken Skillet and I had the Spanish Omelet. The Curry Chicken had peppers and onions that were cooked perfectly. The Spanish Omelet was served with Veracruz Sauce that should be bottled so I could take it home!!! Definitely a do over place.

My family went there for brunch. It was delicious. My wife ordered some stuffed french bread and said it was amazing. My daughter got breakfast but the cook made her pancakes look like Mickey Mouse which was an awesome touch… I had the chicken salad sandwich with apples and grapes… and it was amazing… I hope they keep up the good service and good work!

I’ve tried this place 3 times now. The selection of food is nice but I have yet to find something worth coming back for. Service has not been up to my expectations.

A great experience! Service was a bit off but I think we had a new waitress who was still in training. Even with that it was still a nice breakfast. The prices are extremely fair and reasonable. The best part is either sweet tea or coffee are included in the price. Recommend

Outstanding restaurant! They are very fast, inexpensive, and friendly. The restaurant building is impeccable. They have a nice gathering room for business meetings with an indoor fountain, nice tv with current news on, and clean, nice furniture. Will definitely go back.

I’ve eaten here often enough that they servers all know to bring me coffee right away upon my arrival. They only opened in June, 2013, so it’s still relatively new to the scene. The menu is inspired, so one may not get bored with the lack of variety in offerings, especially for breakfast. My favorites are the Breakfast Skillets. There are 4 or 5 different choices: red potatoes or hashbrowns topped with veggies(brocolli, zucchini, onions, tomatoes, peppers), curried chicken and peppers, bacon and onions, or ham and cheese. All this is served on a platter and comes with two eggs as you like them, a fruit cup(always fresh), your choice of toast or biscuit and your drink(coffee or tea). These vary from $ 4.95 to $ 6. Such a deal! They also have traditional plates, pancakes, waffles, sandwiches, biscuits. One dish is not appealing to me, but it’s there. That’s the Eggs Benedict but with sausage gravy instead of Hollandaise! There’s fried fish and eggs, too. They are on Facebook, with the menu posted. Open daily for breakfast at 6, lunch and dinner. Service is inconsistent due to a variety of staffing. It appears that there’s a pretty hefty turnover of servers. Training of newbies might be improved. The cook has changed, too so the method of preparation has varied a bit. I’m yet to visit when management was present. This can become an issue if its not addressed. We’ll see.
