Bacon wrapped meatloaf is amazing. Have also had the beet salad and the bay side pasta. Everything is always really good.

The food was amazing I was very pleased the pulled pork was delicious with the apple slaw! Will definitely be back when in the area

My Mother in law kept telling us she was going to take us to «this little place that has the best crab cakes». She wasn’t kidding! The service was friendly and efficient. She was able to change a dish up just perfect for our son. All of our meals were delicious

This place has changed hands and Kurt no longer owns it. We were a party of 8 on Sat. night. The poor server was alone since someone failed to show up for work so things were running slowly. In spite of that, she did her best. Can’t say so much for the food. Mashed potatoes were good… crab cakes were bleck! All other dishes were mediocre at best!

Came here with the family after a long drive from Bend.

We had visited Florence several weeks back and we almost stopped here to eat, but opted to try another place instead. This time through Florence we made sure to eat here and now we wish we had eaten here last time. The service was great and the food was wonderful… we will definitely eat here next time we travel up this far on the Oregon Coast. We definitely recommend this place.

Stumbled into Florence for a late lunch. Came across this little gem thanks to other reviewers. I second and third their comments. It’s a wonderful little restaurant. They offer daily lettuce wraps and flatbreads in addition to their soup, salad, sandwich, & burger menu.
The Maui-​Wowie salad is excellent. Split that and their special burger of the day with my husband. We did not try their infused homemade Martini’s but they sounded delicious. A decent wine and cocktail menu too.
If you are driving through or visiting Florence, be sure to give it’s try.

We wanted a Burger after camping and fishing for 3 days and found the Maple Grill!!! Amazing atmosphere, great service and best burgers and chowder in Florence! We will be back!

This was a good place to eat. I had the crab cake with a bowl of clam chowder. The crab cake was warm (and I would have preferred hot) but very good and the clam chowder was excellent. It’s a cute little place with seating outside and an upscale atmosphere without being snobby. I didn’t give it five stars because the service wasn’t great with just one waitress working during lunch hour.

Fantastic little restaurant in Florence! Maple Street Grille is a couple small blocks off of old downtown Florence, but fits in with the small beach town thing Florence has going on. The exterior looks sort of like someone’s house, and the interior is nicely decorated and feels homey but sophisticated.
Our table ordered a variety of menu items, including the crab cakes, sirloin, ribs, and pasta. Nicely portioned to be finish-​able by one person, but that didn’t stop us from stealing bites from each other. Everything was quite good, especially the roasted asparagus that came with the steak! I don’t think you could go wrong with anything off the menu.
Pro tip: check in on Unilocal,get free dessert. Bam. Win-​win.

We came home from Portland for a visit over the holiday weekend and wanted to try some place new.
After looking on Unilocal we decided to come here and it was AMAZING!
I had the Siuslaw sandwich with medium rare steak and the homemade potato salad — which was better? I can’t choose!
She had the crab cake combo salad instead of soup with house made blue cheese dressing. The crab cake is pan sautéed all crab no filler very little breading. The two dipping sauces a sweet chili and a remoulade were so yummy!

Great bar with Oregon draft beer, fruit infused vodka’s and excellent martinis. Food is made to order and fresh! You have to try the daily specials, always a hit! A little local gem.

I feel really bad writing this review because the staff seem very nice, I can tell they put time into their menu, and they did try to accomodate my nephew who is a bit picky. However, we won’t be returning to this restaurant, ever.
I’m going to just get this out of the way now: My nephew found at least 3 hairs in his food, my wife found hairs in her food, 2 people at another table found hairs in their food. I’ve worked in food before so it’s not surprising that every now and again a person will find a hair, but come one, was someone getting a hair cut back there that day? That many dishes with hair in them is far too many to look past.
The food was decent, but not stellar. I had the pot roast sandwich which was delicious but too hard to eat. The bread was smaller than I would have like, but it was heaped with pot roast and had brie cheese, plus a ramekin of jous for dipping. Unfortunately the bread was falling apart, which made dipping impossible. Even with the sandwich overstuffed the portion was not large enough and I was hungry at the end.
My nephew ordered ribs, and while they looked good (aside from the hair) the portion was also too small for him, and would have been way too small for me. All in all we ordered 3 items, got enough food for maybe one and a half people, and paid for the value of 4 meals.
Even without the hairs I don’t think this review would have gotten better than 3 stars. The portions are all too small, which is unfortunate because some of the items are really good and with proper pricing and portioning this place could do great things. If you do decide to eat here grab a snack before you go and keep your eye out for hairs or other non food items on your plate.

I really want to give this place 5 stars, but it’s just got a few nit-​picky things.
The seating is SUPER limited, but we were able to be seated outside. I would normally not mind but it was a chilly day and the space heater near our table wasn’t working. fortunately, a table got up so we were able to move under the working heater. Bring a jacket in case you have to eat outside. It’ll still be nice, but just be prepared.
The waitstaff is very slow. But that is something we have come to expect of Oregon restaurants so I am trying not to let that bother me.
The food was amazing. Enough that I keep thinking «We need to go back so I can eat that again!». My husband was enthralled by the bacon-​wrapped meatloaf. I loved the peppercorn steak. It was great :) Unfortunately, the meat was a little undercooked — I ordered the steak Medium, it came our very close to being rare. Fortunately, I like medium-​rare to medium, but hate medium well so I wasn’t bothered by it. If my husband was writing this review, we would have insisted that the plate get sent back. Personal preference I guess. I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back (with a jacket)!

We had lunch here today and the food was great. I really had no issue with it. We all ordered something different and we were all pleased with our food.
What I did have issue with was the incredibly slow service. Holy smokes. We waited 45 minutes for lunch to come. I ordered basic ice tea with lemon. It took nearly a half hour to get it because «it wasn’t done brewing». Umm??? And when it finally did come, it had a slice of orange in it and not lemon, as I’d asked for. One waitress for the whole place, just does not cut it during tourist season. She never came back to see if I needed a refill even.
The food and ambiance was nice, but not stellar enough to wait 45 minutes for. probably won’t go back unless they pick up their pace a bit.

We stopped in here on the way up the coast, and loved it! The waitress was friendly and the food was great! We checked in and got a free slice of carrot cake that was super moist and delicious.
I would definitely come back again!
